Representation at Constitutional Court

In the most serious cases of interference in their basic rights, every citizen is entitled to file a constitutional complaint in order to protect themselves. However, proceedings at the Constitutional Court are quite specific and, as for the court, its nature is greatly different from that of civil courts. We are well aware of that as well as of seriousness of these proceedings. We know that in order to be able to represent at the Constitutional Court one must be highly qualified. Therefore, in order to defend our client´s interests successfully, we keep on educating ourselves and improving our level of expertise.

We are happy to provide:

  • analysis of the client´s case with respect to the Constitutional Law;
  • constitutional complaint;
  • proposal for the abolition of a law or of specific provisions within a law.
